Hello there! I'm Meagan Brody, a Level 1, CTA certified Life Coach. I studied Communications and Psychology at Boston University and the last ten years I have been working in the fashion industry. My fashion career began as a wardrobe stylist, which lead to a modeling career and then I was recruited to corporate fashion. I worked in corporate fashion for the past seven years; planning photoshoots, meeting with stylists and reviewing many creative aspects for marketing shoots.

In 2020, I hit a wall and found myself questioning everything: my job, my relationship and the life path I had chosen that I believed was set in stone. Not knowing what steps to take to figure out what I wanted or how to proceed, I decided to work with a Life Coach who changed my life. When I first heard of Life Coaching, I thought it was based on holding yourself accountable and keeping organized. I had no idea the affect it would have on me in the long term.

Using my life coach's advice and techniques, I learned the difference between depending on the people around me and having my own happiness independent of my relationships. I realized I did not need reassurance from those around me to feel good about myself and there was only one person that could affect my happiness. That person was me. Since then, I have extended many of my personal experiences (and professional background in managing individuals) to my clients, to help lead them through their relationship problems, career issues and confidence building. Over the years I have also been a guide in styling, clothing and interior design, as these are natural extensions and reflections of who we are, how we see ourselves and how we present ourselves to the world.

I have been so fulfilled by helping people, that I decided to start my career in Life Coaching and become a coach myself. I have trained with Coach Training Alliance for a Level 1 Certification in Life Coaching. Additionally, I traveled to Dublin, Ireland where I received my certification in Neuro-Linguistics Programming.
